Formerly known as Grand Illusions of the Palm Beaches, Grand Cabinet Co. has been a custom manufacturer of luxury cabinetry and furniture in Palm Beach County for the past 25 years.

As a second-generation family owned business, our reputation for quality work and friendly and efficient service has allowed us to grow to be a referral-based company.

Our Story

Founded by Jordan and Heather Becker in 1999 as Grand Illusions of the Palm Beaches, the story of Grand Cabinet Co. began when Heather received her interior design degree from Palm Beach Community College, where she met her husband Jordan in 1991.

Prior to starting their company, Heather and Jordan both received hands-on training from respected names in their fields. Jordan interned with an old world Oxford Master Cabinet Builder while Heather worked with famed interior designer Jennifer Garrigues in Palm Beach.

After the birth of their first child, Heather and Jordan decided they needed the flexibility to raise a family. This is where their business would begin, as Heather began offering design consultations and feeding Jordan the work to make these visions a reality. By 1999, Heather and Jordan had enough clients to open the doors to Grand Illusions of the Palm Beaches, providing design consultations along with custom cabinets, furniture, and faux finishing.

Heather and Jordan's three children all had to work in their shop growing up. Two out of the three children returned to the family business after college. In 2012, Hannah, with her strong leadership qualities and organizational skills, became their office manager. Soon after in 2014, her brother Khyle officially joined the company, bringing his talent for building fine custom furniture and cabinets and offering his attention to detail in cabinet design and marketing.

Marked by the introduction of two new owners to the company and a shift from faux finishing to complete cabinet solutions, in 2016 Grand Illusions of the Palm Beaches changed its name to Grand Cabinet Co. and moved their operations to their current location in the Grandview Market Area in downtown West Palm Beach.
